Staff training on sports and exercise instruction was conducted by Professor Hasegawa Kiyonao, Emeritus Professor at the University of Tsukuba, at Smile Kashiwa, a child development support and after-school day-care service. Professor Hasegawa is a specialist in sports and exercise instruction. Smile Club’s child development support and after-school day-care services are based on the theme of individualized exercise therapy (individualized exercise support), and we regularly hold training sessions to ensure that children and parents who use the service are more satisfied than ever before. We plan to continue holding such training sessions in the future to improve the teaching skills of our staff and strive to provide better support through the fun of sports.
